Hartloff Clermont County’s first electrical inspector retires
Robert Hartloff, Clermont County’s first electrical inspector, retires at 62 after 18 years in the job and three major surgeries. Commissioner-elect Charles Clendenin will be sworn in Friday December 28 at 6 p.m. in the commissioners' meeting chamber with Common Pleas Judge Robert Ringland administering.
