Clermont County Needy Kids Fund seeks Christmas gifts
The Clermont County Needy Kids Christmas Fund, now in its 21st year, unites eight American Legion posts with a county chairperson to collect money toys and clothing for needy children. Donations to the fund support posts across Clermont County with 100 percent going to kids.

Williamsburg man killed in Brown County crash
A 65 year old Williamsburg man, Robert H. Duffey, 731 Gay, died at the scene after a one vehicle crash on Old State Route 32 east of Mount Crab in Brown County. Troopers said he was driving east at a high rate, failed to negotiate a curve, and collided with a utility pole, disrupting electricity in the area.

Har rison V. Moore, 67, of Batavia Route 2, died when his westbound car crossed the center line on Old SR 32 west of Mt. Orab and struck a vehicle driven by Gregory R. Glover, 21, of Mt. Orab. Glover suffered moderate injuries and was hospitalized.
