Clermont County 4 H and FFA announce steer weigh in on Saturday January 6 from 8 a.m. to 12 noon at the county fairgrounds in Owensville. Steers must be tattooed weighed and dehorned to participate with calves dropped after Jan 1 and haltered. Castration check will be done and youth may call 4 H office at 732 7195 to join.
Olive Branch United Methodist Church will host a Smorgasbord and Christmas Bazaar on Saturday December 9 from 5 to 8 p.m. in the educational building on Amelia Olive Branch Road at Old SR 74 corner. Adults three dollars, children four to ten one fifty. Methodist Men sponsor. Women offer handmade items and baked goods.
CNE Senior Citizens of the North eastern School Community are invited to a 12 30 p m dinner at the Northeastern Intermediate School on Dec 13. After dinner students entertain and door prizes are awarded. Reservations for nonattendees should call 732 6615. Budd G Hegele announces a history of the Northeastern School District. MT CARMEL Clermont Electrical Association meets Dec 14 at Hearth Supper Club. Cocktail hour 7 to 8 p m dinner 8 to 9 p m. Contacts listed for joining.
