In the November payment of school foundation funds, Clermont County districts received 284688 dollars. Exempted village districts Milford and New Richmond were listed with 61581 and 9698 dollars respectively as announced by Auditor of State Roger Cloud.

Clermont County officials approve remodeling plans for the court house annex to create a second common pleas courtroom on the second floor and offices for the Agricultural Extension Service and clerk’s staff. McGill & Smith prepared the plans. funding from the 1965 auto license revenue is allocated.

Judge M Dale Osborne quickly sentences James V Woodrum and Gerald E Brennan both 22 after waiving rights in a Clermont burglary case. Dr Jason R Lemon UC associate professor of mechanical engineering received the 1966 Pi Tau Sigma gold medal at the American Society of Mechanical Engineers meeting in New York on November 29. The UC graduate and Milford resident has a distinguished academic and professional record including degrees from UC and Ohio State, a US Steel fellowship, and leadership roles at Cincinnati Milling Machine and UC.
Earl Metzger announces 21 neighborhood locations where 1967 dog licenses may be bought from Dec 1 to Jan 20. The $2 license covers any dog, with $10 kennel licenses at the auditor's office. Applications may be mailed to the auditor.
