George Ketchum sixty, chief engineer of the steamer Bostona, died Tuesday night at North Bend while adjusting a loose bolt in the engine room. He had been off duty months and this was his first trip of the season. Buried Friday at Green Mound cemetery with Rev. Parks officiating. he leaves a widow and was brother in law to Judge Nichols.

Horse accident at Williamsburg endangers rider
