The $12.5 million Lower East Fork Waste Water Treatment Plant on a 35 acre site near U.S. 50 will serve 12,500 Clermont County families when operational April 1, 1979. Construction began September 1977 and will replace multiple existing lift stations while treating seven million gallons daily with 98 percent county coverage.
