Williamsburg Clermont Institute Ends After Week of Lectures
Five days of lectures and lectures and entertainments concluded with a closing session as Supt Begg of Sandusky and Supt York of Massillon led a program for 155 active Clermont Teachers Institute members. The week featured music by the Fraternity Glee Club and talks on reading, education, geography, restoration of harmony in schools, and agricultural teaching.

Bethel stars upset Avondale in a tight game in Clermont county as Earl Hewitt struck out 12 and held the visitors to three hits. Bethel tallied eight hits and earned second place in the Brendamour circuit with 16 clubs remaining in the season. Ben McAfee and Smith starred for Bethel with base running and hitting key to the victory.

Miss Rebecca Robinson Departs for Little Rock Winter Visit
Miss Marguerite Ashburn entertained several friends Friday night in honor of Rebecca Robinson who left for Little Rock Arkansas Saturday morning to spend the winter. Her mother is in poor health. Kennedy Robinson her brother joined in the departure and is active in the hardware and furnace business.

Jolly Boy Scouts Camp At Branch Hill Church
