Service Station Robbed of 85 Dollars in Ohio
The Koco lene Service Station at Ohio Pike and Bennett Road was robbed at 4:30 am Wednesday by a man in a silk stocking mask. He demanded money, took $85 from the cash register, ripped a telephone from the wall, and fled with an accomplice waiting in a car on Bennett Road. Ed Bailey reported the description and a gun was used. State and county officers investigated and fingerprint work followed.

Bert Davis of 586 Concord Road Amelia killed a 36 inch bobcat on the old Burk Hardt farm after the animal roamed to his porch. Mrs. Davis released dogs to chase it away. the dogs freed the cat but Davis caught and bagged it when he returned from work.
