Milford women win Ohio Lotto prize together
Sheila Kelly and Betty Thompson, neighbors in Milford, shared a $3,085,534 win in the $24.6 million Ohio Lotto. Each will receive annual payments for 20 years after buying tickets at Tollgate II in 1881 Ohio 131, with two Clermont County residents Olive Kele and Gilbert Faulkner also winners.
