Robert Mack of 740 Forest Avenue Milford and Charles W Helton of 5825 Elm Street Mulberry are bound over to the grand jury on a first degree murder charge. Both are held in Hamilton County jail after the victim’s body was found smashed to pieces near the scene and authorities suspect a weapon used in the crime.
