Eastgate Biggs traffic study recommends limited closures
A 1985 traffic study funded by Clermont County Chamber of Commerce and Tipton Associates analyzes Eastgate Biggs area conditions. It concludes permanent closure of the Ohio 32 median would cause excessive congestion and proposes signals at Eastgate Square Drive, ramp widening, speed reduction to 45 mph, and a reconfigured McDonalds entrance. Officials from ODOT, county planning, Union Township, and the Chamber will meet within two weeks to discuss recommendations.
