Project Engineer Jack Fuller asked county commissioners to reconsider the 45 users per mile financing rule, noting some zones have fewer than 40. Foundations for elevated tanks are in place and tanks expected in May from the contractor. The proposal calls for a conference with fiscal agents and bond buyers to revise the requirement.
