The FBI seeks a former Clermont County Airport manager on a ten count felony theft charge. The subject, once of Louisville Kentucky, now lives at 149 Wilmer Street Williamsburg with his wife Connie and two children. Judge Louis J. Schwartz sentences Smith to 25 years in prison and a 2500 dollar fine for fraudulently obtaining 34728.62 in welfare benefits for 1978 and 1979. The case involved benefits, stamps, and a Medicaid amount of 2832 dollars. Smith pleaded guilty last month and a pre sentence investigation was ordered.
