Deputy State Highway Director Frank Galbreath informs The Courier that the Davis Hill project on Route 183 between Batavia and Hamlet is on this summer's program. Survey stakes are in place and a new road will start at the bottom of the hill near the Coombs residence. Mont Clermont County approves and urges early start.

Field and Track Meet at Whitaker School Planned
