Milford Drive In Theatre Plans Face Zoning Hurdles
Milford authorities say they lack power to curb a proposed outdoor theatre on a tract between Route 50 and Route 28 east of the village. The site lies outside Milford’s corporate limits, leaving planning commission jurisdiction in question, with annexation seen as the path to village control. The 750 car capacity project by Milford Amusement Co. would place entrances on Route 28 and feature developments on Route 50.
