Murder charge to be placed against Dr Sinclair

Mrs Annie Skidmore dies at hospital from abortion performed by Dr Sinclair of the Palmer House. Police reveal her married name Vianna Morse from Indiana. Tomorrow the murder charge will be filed in Police Court. an affidavit from the hospital will be used as evidence though its status as a dying declaration is uncertain. Sinclair remains in jail without bond.

A Nice Husband. Belknap Sues for Divorce on Brutal Conduct

Elizabeth Belknap sues William H. for divorce alleging brutal treatment since their 1883 marriage, resulting in stillbirths on June 2 1884 July 6 1885 and October 6 1886, arrest for bastardy in 1885, assault on Lydia Trimpe in 1888, and repeated flight to evade warrants.
