Animal House plans second store in North Olmsted mall
Owners Mike and Crystal Luli will open a smaller second location at Westfield Great Northern Shopping Mall in North Olmsted. The Elyria flagship opened in 2009. the new shop will partner with Ohio Pet Placement to rescue animals and support shelters. The couple also runs a Lorain veterinary clinic at Leavitt Road.

British Segway founder dies after cliff plunge in England
Jimi Heselden, 62, owner of the Segway maker and Hesco Bastion, was found dead in the River Wharfe near Boston Spa after allegedly falling from a 30 foot cliff. Police said the death is not believed to be suspicious and no other person is involved. Heselden purchased Segway in December and built wealth through Hesco Bastion’s blast wall system. Family members requested privacy as flowers were laid at the accident site.

Southwest to acquire AirTran adding dozens of cities
Southwest Airlines to buy AirTran for 1.4 billion, expanding to 37 new cities including New York and Boston and adding routes through Atlanta.
