Driver Fails To Stop Injures Three People
A safety stop failure at Harwood and Ohio streets at 549 p m yesterday injured Mrs. William Mann and her two children Barbara and Susan Mann. The 16 year old driver of the other car was cited for reckless driving and driving without a license.
