Inmate leaps from hospital window after swallowing razor

Loss recovered in gypsy盗 king scam Lorain
Lorain resident Stephen Rulli was robbed of 1000 dollars after hiring two gypsies for roof repairs. He recovered 800 dollars from the self described king of the Eastern gypsies, Miller claimed. Miller traveled to Lorain and promised to raise the remaining funds as cousins were out of state. Authorities liaised with Toledo on the case.
