Mosher attacks disclosure law as inadequate and hypocritical
Rep Charles A Mosher released his annual net worth report and blasted the 1988 disclosure rule as useless. He argues lawmakers should fully list investments and notes his own holdings valued at about 50 400 for him and 86 900 for his wife with loans totaling 27 000. He recalls a 1969 full accounting protest and urges equal disclosure for all public officials.
