Wellington to study revised storm sewer plan for floods
The Wellington finance committee will study a $415 161 revised plan from Poggemeyer Engineers to reroute and build storm sewers. It would handle about 47 percent of the village storm water, mainly downtown, with a 60 inch line running to Wellington Creek. Financing could be 3.5 percent of village valuation or about $371 450 without a vote, with the Board of Public Affairs possibly funding the difference.
