Promising One Monthly Birth Control Pill Reported
A Ugandan study presented in New York describes prostaglandins as a potential monthly birth control method. In early trials 12 women with missed periods saw 11 with normal menses and eight confirmed pregnancies, with minimal side effects and potential for self administration.
