Man and Duck Hitchhike 1500 Miles to 40 to 8 Convention
Bill Conway 68 of Blackstone Mass travels with his pet duck Kilroy to Cincinnati for the American Legion 40 to 8 convention. He has hitchhiked to 32 conventions across 48 states over 31 years, missing only Hawaii in the past. Kilroy has traveled with him on multiple trips. Conway once rode in a hearse for a meal stop, and he plans to greet old WW I troop friends at the 75,000 strong gathering.
