In Saigon, anti government students rioted and bombs damaged a large Go Vap ammunition dump, four miles from the city center. AL ROSSITER JR CAPE KENNEDY UPI reports NASA plans to launch OSO 7 a 28 million solar observatory in a 5:38 am EDT Delta rocket from Cape Kennedy. The 1400 pound satellite carries six experiments to study solar radiation the corona flares and streams of gas forming near the sun. It will monitor long term changes and rotations and assess effects on radio and weather. The mission seeks insights into solar energy and potential pollution free Earth power.

U5 to Launch 8th Sun-Watching Satellite
