Common Pleas Judge Mikus suppressed evidence from the April 25 raid on Westside Pharmacy at 105 Lake Ave in Elyria. The ruling concerns MEG agent James Young’s affidavit about cough syrup purchases and may lead to dismissal of 375 counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs for Mukhtas Ahsan Syed, owner and pharmacist.
