VA clinic eyed for temporary site as St. Joe's sought
Lorain officials say the VA plans a temporary clinic away from St. Joe's while seeking a permanent home. The move may be south to Route 20 area, with local leaders pushing Lexington Avenue and other sites. Demolition of parts of St. Joe's could cost up to 5 million, while repairs to fit VA needs hover around 500 thousand.
