Teens charged in vampire clan blood ritual in Chillicothe
Two teenagers Frank L. Doyle III 17 and Brandon J. Hettinger 18 were charged in Ross County Juvenile Court after authorities say they exchanged blood to become vampires. They described a ritual called a passover to initiate a clan with 13 other members in Chillicothe about 45 miles south of Columbus.
