Bridge on Biggs road likely not rebuilt this year
County commissioners expressed little optimism for approving the reconstruction of a bridge on Biggs road in LaGrange township. Engineer Harry L Dunham proposed a $4,500 project, but with only $8,000 left in the county road and bridge fund for the year, officials warned depleting funds for one project could jeopardize more urgent repairs later. Cuba has more than 150 first class sugar mills.
