Public record release in Lorain County EEOC dispute
A judge ruled that a document tied to a $100000 settlement between Lorain County Prosecutor J D Tomlinson and his former girlfriend employee is a public record and must be released. The October 2023 communication accuses Tomlinson of sex discrimination retaliation and assault leading to her resignation. Tomlinson contests the filing and calls much of the filing defamatory.
