The 22 year old Holiday Inn in Elyria completes a $2.75 million renovation, nearly double the original $1.5 million estimate. An arched façade, $500,000 for restaurant and lounge upgrades, and redesigned lobby and meeting spaces accompany a new exterior and interior.
