Lorain City Council authorized a 92000 study by R E Warner on Martin's Run Creek and Jaeger Road pump stations to assess capacity and future growth impact. They also accepted about one million dollars in low cost loans for a nearly 2.4 million 13 road project with upgrades on Crehore West 18th and other streets.
