Roundup Trial Delayed in Drug Deal Turned Slaying Case
Avery Taylor’s trial for involuntary manslaughter and reckless homicide in the 2009 Lorain shooting of Christopher Lundberg was postponed at defense request to allow more time for reviewing evidence. Judge Miraldi denied full murder charges, keeping the case against Taylor and co defendant Andrew Lorenzana focused on the downgraded counts after prosecutors dismissed related weapons charges.
