BIO launches ad campaign to defend high priced drugs
The Biotechnology Innovation Organization plans a nationwide push called Innovation Saves to argue new medicines save lives and reduce costs. BIO will spend a low to mid seven digits on ads featuring patients helped by new drugs while distancing itself from Valeant and Turing and noting Mylan is not a BIO member.
