Herman Larkins of the Elyria NAACP denounces Judge Lynett McGough for ordering the reinstatement of two officers, Garrett Longacre and Richard Walker, fired in 1997 for alleged excessive force. The group says the decision undermines community relations and officer credibility and could cost up to $100,000 in back pay.
