Beavers may be executed in Idaho fur farm crisis
About 750 beavers with a value of 45500 will be shot and buried in the Boise city dump if no buyers are found by Sunday. Teresa Kloos, the trustee of Rupert Beaver Ranch, seeks homes or a charity to take up to 300 animals as the operation remains under trusteeship since spring. Livestock owners and investors failed to find a buyer as prices for beaver hides slump to 602 each.
