Coast Guard Lifts Man From Smokestack Rescue

Robert Silver, 46, of Kansas City Kansas is hoisted from a smokestack at the Columbia No 2 power plant after 17 hours trapped 300 feet down. He and a co worker were trapped when scaffolding tipped during interior painting Thursday evening, rescue conducted by Coast Guard helicopter teams.

Manhunt suspect shot at after Kentucky rest stop robbery chase
