Invacare Sues Elyria Telephone Over Service Failure
Invacare Corp filed a 22.2 million lawsuit in Lorain County Court of Common Pleas against Elyria Telephone Co and Alltel Communications Corp alleging loss of business damaged reputation and unnecessary expense from inadequate phone service.
