Grand Jury to convene here Thursday for a tall term will review cases including a triple shooting in Oberlin in which James Yarber is charged with shooting with intent to kill. Death of Dell Cleveland Explained by Heart Attack
Dell Cleveland, 73, a noted taxidermist and former Elyria resident, died suddenly yesterday in Weslaco Texas from a heart attack. Born January 5 1866 in Norwalk he lived in Elyria 35 years before moving to Texas. He ran a bicycle and repair shop in Elyria and later owned Spanish Dagger Ranch in Texas famous for citrus and a large mounted animal collection. He journeyed widely across the United States and the Americas and wrote magazine articles about his travels.

Elyria Memorial reports progress in the case of the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Parc Lantz born about one day earlier.
