The shipping period for livestock feed to drought stricken farmers in Lorain County has been extended through November. Horton B. Alger, county agricultural extension agent, said the October 31 deadline was kept open due to requests from farmers and dealers seeking to ensure the benefit of the drought relief rate of 3 cents.
