Fuchsia Indoor Care Tips and Propagation Advice
Do not bring a large fuchsia indoors for winter growth. Take cuttings to root new plants or heavily prune the parent to encourage new growth. Yellow leaves come from high temperature poor drainage or excess water. Bud drop results from hot dry air poor soils or insufficient light. Grow in a bright window and maintain even moisture.
Plant disease and storage tips for gourds and houseplants
The note explains stem rot in impatiens and other houseplants, with control using Benlate drench after transplanting. It also covers keeping ornamental and hard gourds, distinguishing daytime and nighttime flowering types, and steps to dry, disinfect, and coat gourds after harvest. It adds a remark that oak trees are struck by lightning more often than other trees.

It covers insect control with Malathion, humidity needs, light requirements, drainage, soil mix of one third loam sand and peat or perlite, and watering guidance including seasonal changes and pruning to reduce mildew and mold.
