Men charged in LaGrange hold up case

Ben Kennedy and Sage Lorain are jailed in county custody after allegedly helping hold up Russell Kelley in La Grange Tuesday night. Sheriff Mathews says Kelley identified two masked men in a car with license 54, with Ren Kennelly named by witness, as revolver evidence connected to the case.

Ill Explodes Dry Agent Badly Injured in Raid Explosion

In Columbus Ohio October 29 a federal prohibition agent stationed at the Columbus office was badly burned when a still exploded during a raid near Huntington Virginia yesterday. Charles Ure in charge of enforcement was informed. Wilson who had worked in the Huntington office for some time was injured when the still exploded during the raid. He is reported at Huntington hospital.

Driving without proper license cited in Elyria township

A resident of Elyria township was fined $25 and costs by Justice S. J. George for operating a vehicle without a valid license. The defendant claimed the vehicle belonged to a former owner and said they never applied for a license.
