Carlisle Township resident Henry Husk sues two men, Steven Moore and Williams Samples, for more than 25000 after scrap metal theft in 2011. Husk says they rammed his car and threw an electric motor through a window, injuring his shoulder requiring rotator cuff surgery. Moore and Samples were later arrested.
