Toyota recalls 1.53 million Lexus and other models
Toyota Motor Corp recalls about 1.53 million vehicles mainly in the United States and Japan for brake fluid and fuel pump issues. About 740,000 cars in the U.S. and 599,000 in Japan, with the rest in Europe and other markets. Honda also recalls over similar defects. No accidents reported.
