Cleveland Heights vintner a real find for fine wine
A Cleveland Heights trio runs Chateau Lagniappe winery, Cedar Hill Wine Co, and Au Provense restaurant with Lagniappe reds and label humor. Wykoff and Foster use French hybrid grapes like seyval blanc and marechal foch, aging in varied barrels. The operation, selling most bottles from the winery, highlights a Burgundian approach to cold climate wines and features Lake Erie Chardonnay in development.
