EMTs ran during the shift as Southern Lordin County Ambulance District deployed three vehicles on five rapid emergency runs starting near 10 p.m. Allen Memorial Hospital's Oberlin unit acted as backup ready for a fourth call while district ambulances handled separate destinations in a display of service and cooperation.
