Jury to Hear Negligence Suit Tuesday
Norwalk Ohio. The $25,000 negligence suit of Andy Holbrook of North Fairfield against Floyd Marin of rural Willard and the Ohio Improvement Co. Columbus will be presented to a Huron County Common Pleas Court jury here. Holbrook seeks damages for permanent facial injuries he says occurred Aug. 30, 1987 on Rt. 61 near Rt. 162 when Mann's car, carrying him as a passenger, collided with an Ohio Road Improvement Co. truck entering the highway from a private drive.

Three Men Rescued After Five Days At Sea
Three men missing for five days in the Gulf of Mexico were rescued and reported in perfect health after being taken aboard a motorship. The trio named J. B. Self, Tommy Baker, and John McGaughan had departed Clearwater, Florida, early Sunday in a runoutboard motorboat.
