Motorist Held in Woman's Death in Lorain Ohio
Frank Jacobio aged 22 of 1682 East 33rd street bound over to the Lorain County Grand Jury on manslaughter charges after Mrs. Thomas Hoya 54 of Amhurst Ohio died from injuries suffered when struck by his car at 28th street and Wood avenue. He fled the scene but surrendered after family urged him to. Coroner's post mortem found severe head injuries, a broken thigh and spleen fracture. She died after hospital admission.

Liquor charge nets $400 fine for Coal Dock proprietor
Frank J. Przybinski owner of the Coal Dock Restaurant 135 Logan Street was fined 400 and costs after pleading guilty to possession of intoxicating liquor before Mayor James A Bewitt. He had previous mayor's court conviction on March 6 1929 and was arrested by Elyria police after a Sunday raid finding a small quantity of alleged liquor.
