Mrs Walter A Navies wife of the former cashier testified that Davies and she started on July 9 1919 from Lorain to Cleveland with a ten day trip including Florence and a relative dinner in Clyria before returning. Daniel Wayland Clyria testified he saw Davies and his wife in Florence around nine that morning. F A Sanford a notary and real estate agent testified Davies came to his office July 9 1919 and swore to a statement about the church's condition.
