Real Estate Transfers Across Lorain County Regions
A lengthy list of real estate transfers in Lorain and nearby townships shows multiple quitclaim and warranty deeds. Notable moves include John and Gertrude Keister to Mary Brezynski on one-fourth acre in Munshine Court extension, and Lorain's Lorain Henry J. Hahn to Ingie M. Hahn for 51 acres on South Ridge Road Amherst Township. Other transfers cover Middle Avenue Elyria parcels, Murray Ridge Road in Elyria Township, and various sublots in Avon Lake and Wellington regions. The trades involve trustees and savings associations, with several heirs listed like Tar?ia Arndt and Maria Cirigliano, reflecting estate-related conveyances amid a broader land-ownership pattern. The concluding note mentions Jewish agricultural settlement in Palestine as a separate historical context.
