Lady storyteller Barbara Sutton brings tales to adults and kids

Barbara Sutton, a North Ridgeville storyteller and former librarian, toured Akron and Medina despite laryngitis from a Caribbean cruise. She performs from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday at Euclid Beach State Park with haunted hayrides and crafts, part of a second annual program drawing thousands. She notes most audiences are adults and stresses storytelling makes imagination come alive beyond screens. An Oct 29 Halloween set at Clementine's in Olmsted Falls is planned with reservations.
